Communicator Awards honors Dodge Communications for PR, marketing excellence

Healthcare marketing agency collects three awards in international competition


ATLANTA – June 1, 2009 – Dodge Communications, a public relations and marketing agency serving the healthcare industry, today announced that the Communicator Awards honored the company with an Award of Excellence and two Awards of Distinction. This marks the third year that that international competition has tapped Dodge Communications as a winner.
 
Dodge received an Award of Excellence for its work on a corporate e-newsletter for Navicure, and an Award of Distinction for the public relations work that lead to the placement of Dialog Medical in a  Wall Street Journal article titled, “The Informed Patient: Consent Forms That Patients Can Understand.” The Communicator Awards also awarded the agency a second Award of Distinction for its integrated marketing campaign developed to launch Alaven Pharmaceutical’s new Rowasa Kit.

The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals. The annual competition honors the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio. Overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, the 15th annual Communicator Awards received over 7,000 entries, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world.
