Dodge Communications achieves numerous industry awards

ATLANTA – June 3, 2014 – Dodge Communications, an integrated communications agency serving the healthcare industry, today announced that it is the recipient of seven Communicator Awards, Hermes Creative Awards and AVA Digital Awards. Dodge’s growth in the industry has also been recognized by O’Dwyer’s, the Atlanta Business Chronicle and PRWeek.

The Communicator Awards is a leading international program recognizing innovative ideas in marketing and communications. Dodge received three Communicator Awards from the organization this year. Experian, a company specializing in revenue cycle management best practices for the healthcare industry, received a gold award of excellence for a direct mail piece for the company’s lead generation campaign. In addition, Aesynt, an integrated pharmacy automation solutions company, received a silver award of distinction for its corporate business materials which included stationery, business cards, an email signature design, a PowerPoint template, a customer e-newsletter template, a sales sheet and a case study template, all based on the newly developed logo and color palette; and Accountable Care Solutions from Aetna, a company focusing on delivering population health management, advanced technology and health plan services to providers, also received a silver award for its technology infographic.

Hermes Creative Awards recognized Dodge with three accolades. This international competition honors creative work from professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Awarepoint, the largest real-time location system (RTLS) corporation dedicated exclusively to healthcare, received a platinum award for its new website design. Comdata, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions, won a gold award in the motion graphics category for its animation used at various industry tradeshows targeted to the healthcare payer audience. In addition, Greenway, an information solutions provider that drives improved clinical outcomes and financial performance, received an honorable mention for its HIMSS tradeshow campaign, which included a bus wrap, advertisements and a direct mail postcard.

Recognizing excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication, the AVA Digital Awards honored Dodge with one award on behalf of PointClear Solutions new mobile responsive website design. PointClear is a software development, user experience and user interface design company.

Dodge moved up from 58th to 47th in overall top independent PR firms, 9th to 8th in the healthcare PR, and 8th to 6th in the Southeastern United States. 

Dodge was also named the second largest public relations firm in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. And for the first year, Dodge was recognized in the PRWeek agency business report as the 64th largest agency based on revenue in the U.S.
