Dodge and Navicure worked together to create a series of seven webinars on a variety of topics, including reimbursement trends, tips for protecting and improving revenue and ways to prepare for pending industry changes. All of the events were educational and had many speakers, including industry thought leaders, leading journalists, representatives from industry associations and internal resources. In addition, Navicure offered CEU credit during three of the webinars.
During the first year of webinar series, approximately 6,200 people registered for the webinars—of which half were not Navicure clients, meaning that Navicure gained 3,100 potential new leads. Furthermore, 72 people asked for a direct follow up to learn more about Navicure’s services.
Since the inaugural year of the webinar program, Dodge and Navicure have partnered together each year to create a new series of webinars that would attract new prospects. With each year, the webinars become more successful, and today each webinar is recorded and housed on the company’s website so users can download the content even if they could not make the event—resulting in additional new leads that would not otherwise be captured.
In the last four years of the webinar series, Dodge and Navicure have come up with ideas for more than 40 different webinars that average 3,200 registrants and 1,900 attendees per event. Some highlights include:
7,105 registrants for a 2013 ICD-10 clinical documentation event
1,138 requests for follow-up information about Navicure’s offerings
More than 74,000 attendees for all events
Over the four years, Navicure and Dodge also added follow-up emails with a recording of the webinar and downloadable content for registrants. These emails have resulted in an additional 570 requests for follow-up information that lead to more tailored lead nurturing.
