Dodge founded the agency in 2001 with a belief that healthcare companies of all sizes and specialties must have compelling, professional brands to compete effectively and grow in a sustainable way. He began his career selling practice management systems to physician practices in the early 80s, and has held positions in sales management, product management, corporate marketing and advertising. Dodge has worked with more than 75 organizations that sell products and services to the healthcare industry.

Parrish is a veteran of the healthcare technology industry and has worked with Dodge since the company was founded in 2001. He provides counsel related to brand and messaging development and the implementation of marketing and public relations programs to national and international clients. Experience in both the corporate and agency settings allows Parrish to provide his clients with the strategic and tactical direction needed to achieve goals like increased sales and stronger brand awareness. He was named one of the nation's top individual practitioners as part of PRSourcesCode's "Top Tech Communicators Awards" the past four years and he is a member of the HIMSS Public Relations Advisory Board.

Elizabeth Glaser

Vice President and Principal

With more than 20 years of hospital, corporate and agency experience in healthcare, Glaser brings a depth of industry knowledge to her role at Dodge. During her career, she has helped numerous healthcare organizations - including the American Red Cross, Georgia Cancer Coalition, St. Vincent's Medical Center, the Emory University Winship Cancer Institute, City of Hope and Georgetown University Medical Center - to creatively address the communications challenges they faced through the development and execution of strategic marketing and public relations programs. At Dodge, she draws upon this experience to identify editorial and speaking opportunities, develop image and branding strategies, and manage communications campaigns to help clients reach their target audience and stand out from the competition

Jenny Smith

Jenny Orr

Creative Director

Jenny Orr is responsible for managing Dodge's creative team in order to maintain the integrity and quality of work produced. Orr has more than 15 years of experience and spent 10 years in New Zealand as the associate creative director for Robbins Brandt Richter and Rapport Advertising where she managed creative campaigns for a variety of clients. She has received numerous awards for her work recognizing her creativity and expertise in direct and integrated marketing campaigns as well as her graphic design skills in all forms of media.

Jerold Cooper, CPA, J.D., has served as controller and CFO of Dodge since 2002 and has an extensive background of financial experience in the healthcare sector. Prior to working at Dodge, he was the vice president at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia, and he has also held various positions with Charter Medical Corporation
