This senior level position is responsible for:
- Developing and managing corporate positioning messages to support and further our clients' brands
- Designing and executing advertising campaigns, marketing programs, sales collateral, Web sites, and other initiatives to increase sales, visibility and awareness regarding products and services
- Leveraging both internal and external resources for graphic design, copywriting, production and fulfillment
- Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of marketing programs
Skills
- BA/BS with at least 5 years relevant experience required and a demonstrated record of achievement
- Superior leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills, including demonstrated ability to develop/implement specific strategies/tactics designed to maximize results
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Self-directed; can work independently; must be a self-starter. Ability to generate ideas and creative ways to approach unique market situations
- Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and customer needs
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Can identify key industry trends, customer trends, competitor moves, financial data and market analytics to develop short- and long-range strategic account plans
- B2B, healthcare, technology and agency experience preferred.
