The Challenge: ADP Benefit Services delivers non-traditional solutions to its clients including flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits programs and more. They often experience challenges with program adoption mainly due to the fact that consumers are not familiar with the programs, how they work, when to use them and how to use them.
The Solution: Dodge designed eye-catching collateral that tied the program family together while at the same time giving each program its own unique identity. Complementary point-of-purchase graphics support each program in the workplace. Copy is written to educate on the purposes and benefits of each program, as well as to clearly describe the “how-to” of each.
