Trello is a free, online project management tool that is compatible with iOS and Android devices. This tool maximizes efficiency for work activities as well as personal tasks, as it is comprised of “boards” that contain lists in which you can add your projects and “cards” that allow you to group your tasks. Projects can be grouped based on their status, for example: potential projects, in progress, etc., and cards can be dragged from column to column depending on the progress. Companies like Wistia use this for project management as well as creating a collaborative environment for sharing ideas and getting approvals. Overall, Trello simplifies project management for professionals.
