Word of the Week: Tailored Trends
Tailored Trends: Tailored Trends, a new feature released by Twitter earlier this week, is designed to help you discover the newest emerging topics on Twitter. The tailored trends will appear to each Twitter user by default on both Twitter’s website and on Twitter’s mobile apps. Each trending topic will be categorized within a worldwide list or you can select from more than 150 locations to see which trending topics are specific to an area. Twitter is already a great social media site to revert to for the newest emerging trends; Tailored Trends adds to this by allowing each individual user to see up-and-coming topics as they relate to them specifically. Although it’s a new concept, Tailored Trends could allow B2C and B2B companies to create more customized marketing content for their followers.
